The refurbishment of a Locally Listed period semi-detached house in a in a locally listed area.

Our clients sought an open plan lounge, kitchen-dining area that connected to their garden. We proposed a new single and double storey extension to the side and rear of the house. New kitchen-dining area, bedroom, study and bathroom above with bi- fold doors open out onto a raised patio area overlooking their south facing garden.
