New double height space in the wing of a Grade II Listed four-storey period detached house in a Conservation Area.

Our clients wished to reconfigure the existing cellular rooms into a much-needed family space. We proposed a double height space by the demolition of a loft floor and opening within the wing of the house to transform it into a connected open-plan lounge, kitchen- dining area. Bi-fold doors open out and offers views over the seafront and roof dormers introduce light into the space. New raised outdoor seating area descends into their garden.
