The restoration of a four-storey mansion set in grounds in a locally listed Conservation Area. 

Our clients desired a large expansive family-living and media area, study, kitchen- dining area and additional bedrooms each with ensuites on the above floors. We proposed a new single, double storey and roof extension and landscaped grounds. With bi-fold doors opening out onto a landscaped garden with mature protected trees, a tennis court, gymnasium and swimming pool.
