New extension to a period terraced house in the popular area of Heath.

Our clients needed to increase the kitchen area to provide a dining area with an open plan living space. We proposed a new single storey extension to the side and rear of the house with bi-fold doors and panoramic windows to look out onto their south-facing garden.

We’ve been appointed by our clients to project manage the proposed building works, the local authority regulations, builders quotes and specialist consultants to undertake the building works to our approval and client satisfaction.
